At Frontier, we are committed to providing reliable and timely delivery for all of our customers. Please review the details below to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.
Shipping Rates
Free Economy Shipping is available on all domestic orders over $350 (before tax and discounts).
Orders requiring Standard or Expedited Shipping will incur a charge. Contact us at hello@frontierls.com directly to get expedited shipping rates prior to ordering.
Orders under $350 will incur a standard shipping fee, calculated at checkout.
Shipping charges are subject to change without prior notice and may not be reflected on the website.
Expedited Shipping
If you require expedited or special delivery service, please contact us prior to placing your order. Additional charges may apply depending on the service selected and delivery location.
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed and verified. We reserve the right to verify payments before shipping order.
Delivery times vary based on carrier, shipping method, and destination. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Frontier is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. This includes apartment, unit, suite, or office numbers where applicable. Frontier is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.
Delivered Packages
Once a carrier marks an order as “Delivered” to the address provided at checkout, Frontier is not responsible for locating the package. Any delivery issues at apartment complexes, mailrooms, or office buildings must be resolved directly with the carrier or with the property’s management.
Insurance & High-Value Orders
For high-value orders, Frontier may require signature confirmation upon delivery. Customers may also request additional insurance coverage by contacting us before placing an order. There is an EXTRA charge for signature required deliveries but we will contact you before shipping. If you require this service contact us before ordering.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of pricing or availability errors. If your order is canceled, you will be notified and refunded promptly.
Returns & Refunds
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once the item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds go through our process of review which could take 3-5 business days for verification.
Refund timelines are determined by your bank and are outside of our control.
Important Reminder: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Incomplete addresses (for example, missing apartment numbers) may cause delays or failed deliveries, and Frontier cannot be held responsible in such cases.
