Frontier Digital Gift Card - Terms & Conditions

1. Redemption & Use

Frontier Digital Gift Cards may be redeemed online at on our website or in person at official Frontier events and the store.

Gift cards can be used toward any eligible merchandise.

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

2. Delivery

Digital gift cards are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.

Frontier is not responsible for incorrect email entries or email delivery issues beyond our control.

3. Expiration

Frontier Digital Gift Cards do not expire and have no service fees. Please check with customer service, as this can change at any time.

4. Returns & Refunds

Gift card purchases are non-refundable.

Merchandise purchased with a gift card may be returned according to Frontier's standard return policy. Any refund will be issued back as a store credit. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

5. Lost or Stolen Cards

Treat gift cards like cash. Lost, stolen, or deleted digital gift cards cannot be replaced unless you provide valid proof of purchase.

Frontier is not responsible for unauthorized use.

6. Balance Check

Gift card balances can be checked by contacting customer support. Call us to check your balance.

7. Limitations

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash (except as required by law).

Gift cards may not be used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes, or resale without written permission.

Frontier may refuse, cancel, or hold orders if fraud is suspected.

8. Terms Subject to Change

Frontier reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

All items will be shipped within three to five business days via USPS Priority 5-7 Day Mail, unless otherwise selected. Our Full Shipping Policy is here.

Returns and exchanges should be made within a 14 day period.
