The stone is framed in twisted sterling silver ropework and surrounded by deeply stamped fan and leaf motifs, polished silver drops, and an architectural open split-band design. Oxidized recesses emphasize the hand-worked detailing and give the cuff the dimensional, sculptural character associated with fine Southwestern silverwork.

The reverse is signed Mark Yazzie and stamped Sterling, identifying both the artist and metal.
